According to the Organizing Committee of the 60th Anniversary of Quang Ninh Province, the total number of delegates, tourists and people expected to participate is nearly 10,000 people, including about 4,000 people from the parade, demonstration parade, artists, actors and art crew. The program is expected to last 130 minutes, of which 90 minutes will be broadcast live on VTV1 (in parallel with live broadcast on QTV1).
In particular, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province also decided to launch high-altitude fireworks and assigned the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the provincial Department of Culture - Sports and related units to advise the Provincial People's Committee on documents requesting permission from competent authorities, unifying the content of fireworks according to the overall scenario in the program to ensure safety and economy.
Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Quang Ninh Province said that the Celebration Program is the most important and meaningful activity in the series of activities to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Province. The sub-committees and related units and localities are making efforts to implement the contents, ensuring that the Celebration will take place solemnly, economically, safely, avoiding formality and waste; at the same time, expressing and spreading the values of cultural identity, historical traditions, and achievements of Quang Ninh Province in the journey of 60 years of construction and development.
Towards the 60th Anniversary of the Province's Founding Day, Quang Ninh is implementing a series of activities and emulation programs to celebrate, such as: Activities of "Drinking water, remember its source", gratitude, and repayment; Honoring and expressing gratitude for the contributions of the people, cadres, party members, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; Ceremony of attaching plaques to projects celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Province's Founding Day; Exhibition of achievements in socio-economic development, security and defense; "Residential Area Singing" Festival.
Quang Ninh province also organized the provincial-level contest "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh"; Contest to compose musical works, literary and artistic works, press works, and artistic sculptures; Composing logos, propaganda posters and composing the identity of Quang Ninh province; Organizing the production and publishing of press publications, photo books, films and music videos.
In particular, the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center is producing a 7-episode TV series called “Rising Dawn”. Each episode lasts 45 minutes, promoting beautiful images of Quang Ninh province associated with the province’s two key economic sectors: tourism and coal mining. The film brings together many famous actors of Vietnamese cinema today.
