Martial Law Rehearsal

(HNMO) - On June 7 and 8, Ha Dong district organized a Martial Law - Curfew exercise in 2023.

Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the Hanoi City Defense Area Exercise Nguyen Van Phong; Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son; Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet attended and directed the exercise.

Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong encouraged the troops to practice the live-fire exercise.

Martial Law - Curfew Exercise of Ha Dong District in 2023 with the theme: Moving the armed forces from a state of regular combat readiness to a state of national security emergency, a state of national defense emergency; enforcing a state of national defense emergency, implementing the Martial Law - Curfew order. The exercise is organized on a scale of 1 side, 2 levels, on the map and in the field, with a live-fire part; including 1 phase, 3 training issues and 15 contents.

Chairman of Ha Dong District People's Committee Can Thi Viet Ha said that the structure of the live-fire exercise was reasonable, appropriate to the combat situation, the command and coordination work was tight and flexible; the level and ability to complete the tasks of the forces were good, meeting the tasks when there was a situation.

Through the drill, it helps raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities at all levels, sectors, armed forces and people for national defense and security tasks; continue to draw experience, flexibly and creatively apply it to practice; at the same time, supplement, adjust and perfect plans and strategies to ensure defense operations...
