Thanh Ba Power Company is currently managing a total of 267 transformer stations/270 machines with a total capacity of 75,845kVA; medium voltage lines with a total length of 213,540km; low voltage lines with a total length of 455,907km, supplying electricity to 31,526 electricity customers. Thanh Ba Electricity coordinated to propagate on loudspeakers about protecting the safety of high-voltage power grid corridors, electrical safety among the people and PCTT&TKCN work to all people in administrative areas where high-voltage and low-voltage power grids pass through so that people have knowledge as well as prevention plans.
In addition, Thanh Ba Electricity has also developed a method for operating the power grid in case of floods and storms and a plan to supply power to important loads in the area. Specifically, in case of a local low-voltage power outage, a local backup generator can be used or a plan to supply power from the nearest transformer station can be considered.
Thanh Ba Power Company has carefully and closely prepared technical means and materials for flood and storm prevention, search and rescue, and relief operations with the motto of “4 on-site”, ready to mobilize when situations arise. The unit also arranges on-site human resources, strengthens forces at duty positions and intermediate transformer stations to deploy plans to mobilize materials, human resources, and means to handle and overcome incidents.

To proactively prevent electrical accidents during the rainy and stormy season, Thanh Ba Electricity recommends that people maintain a safe distance between people, vehicles and other objects from high-voltage power lines and power stations; do not plant trees or let trees violate the safe distance from overhead power lines and power stations; do not let trees fall onto power lines when pruning trees...
When detecting an electrical accident, a fallen or broken electric pole, or a broken electric wire, do not approach and must notify everyone around, at the same time find a way to isolate, set up a barrier, guard and quickly call the local electricity company's phone number for the electricity industry to handle. The unit has coordinated with local authorities to trim trees in the power line corridor and trees outside the corridor but are at risk of falling onto the line and causing an accident.
