Foreign Trade University's highest benchmark score in 2024 is 28.5

On the afternoon of August 17, the Admissions Council of Foreign Trade University announced the admission scores of the school's admission codes for Method 4 - admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam and a separate method using the 2024 high school graduation exam scores.

The admission scores for the majors/programs are relatively even and the highest score is 28.5 for the original combination D01 for the Chinese Language major - Business Chinese major, followed by 28.1 for the original combination A00 for the majors International Business, Business Administration, Hotel Management and Marketing; 28.0 for the combination A00 for the majors Economics and International Economics.

There are 7 majors out of 15 majors of the school with admission scores according to group A00 from 28 points or higher, 95% of the quota has admission score threshold above 27 points.

Basically, the admission score of Foreign Trade University in 2024 increased slightly compared to 2023.

The school's new major, Computer Science, also had a relatively high admission score right from the first year of enrollment, at 27.2 points in all combinations.

In 2024, the school will enroll new students in the Computer Science major, the Computer Science and Data Science program in Economics and Business, and enroll new students in the i-Hons advanced program in collaboration with the University of Queensland (Australia) on International Business and Business Data Analytics, which is a program under the International Business major.

Candidates admitted by the following methods after confirming their admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's system according to regulations will enroll directly at the school for four days, from August 27 to 30.

Candidates admitted under Method 4 will register for majors/specializations between August 20-26 according to specific announcements from the school.

The school held the Opening Ceremony for the new school year on September 18. Upon admission, new students of the school registered to participate in the new student connection program We, The Icebreakers - Season 5 to accompany teachers and senior students.
