Declan Rice is being pursued by a series of big teams such as MU, Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
However, the Mirror revealed that Rice himself was impressed with the Gunners' project and was ready to join the North London team.
West Ham will allow Declan Rice to leave if they receive a transfer fee of £100 million.
In recent days, Arsenal has been the most active team in pursuing the 24-year-old midfielder, in the context that coach Arteta wants to build the Gunners' midfield around Rice.
If Declan Rice arrives at Emirates, both Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka will likely have to leave.
Not only interested in the England international, Arsenal also returned to the Moises Caicedo deal, after failing to buy him in the winter transfer window.
MU are the latest team to join the race to sign Declan Rice. However, they are losing out to The Gunners because Rice plans to continue staying in London.
