According to the digital transformation program of the health sector, the Ministry of Health clearly identifies that by 2025, it is necessary to build a smart health system with three main contents: smart disease prevention; smart medical examination and treatment and smart health management. Along with that, striving for the goal from now to 2030 to meet 100% of online public services provided on various access devices, including mobile devices. Medical examination and treatment facilities urgently deploy electronic medical records, not using paper medical records.
To achieve that goal, Xanh Pon Hospital has prioritized resources to simultaneously deploy many solutions, mobilizing the full participation of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to carry out digital transformation to improve the medical examination and treatment system.

Specifically, Xanh Pon General Hospital is one of 70 hospitals implementing electronic medical records to completely replace paper medical records. Electronic medical records, when widely deployed and connected between medical facilities, will bring benefits not only to patients and doctors, but also greatly reduce costs when using paper medical records, helping to optimize the medical examination and treatment process. On the other hand, it helps synchronize information from admission to discharge, saving time for doctors and patients, increasing transparency and reducing risks for patients.

The application "Xanh Pon General Hospital" can be used on iOS and Android platforms, all information from examination results, tests, treatments, drug prices, supplies... used during treatment are all announced in a detailed, transparent and clear manner. The application even has many utilities to overcome, serve the need to find information about diseases, medical staff, and at the same time provide information on policies and guidelines for medical examination and treatment of the medical sector.
Along with improving medical examination and treatment, Xanh Pon Hospital is also promoting a cashless payment system for outpatient and inpatient medical examination and treatment services and temporary hospital fees.
