Accordingly, the Hyundai Accent MT Standard version VIN 2023 is reduced by 49 million VND compared to the listed price, down to 377 million VND.

The special AT version costs 502 million VND, equivalent to a reduction of 40 million VND. The MT version has the biggest reduction of 52 million VND, the new price is 420 million VND.

In addition to deep discounts, many dealers also give away heat-insulating film, chassis paint, leather floor mats, leather wallets, leather steering wheels, etc. worth up to tens of millions of dong.

Also with Hyundai Accent VIN 2023, some other dealers choose to run incentive programs of up to 45 million VND or give 100% of the registration fee to customers.

Thus, at this time, the selling price of the standard Hyundai Accent version with VIN 2023 is even lower than A-class cars such as Kia Morning or Toyota Wigo.

Another car line that is also discounted is the Hyundai Grand i10. Accordingly, some dealers are implementing incentive programs of up to 20-30 million VND for customers buying cars depending on the version.

Meanwhile, according to Honda Vietnam's announcement, in the last 10 days of February 2024, customers buying Honda cars will receive incentives in many different forms depending on the car model and version, for all versions manufactured in 2023.

Specifically, the two versions G priced at 559 million VND and L 589 million VND have 100% registration fee discount and 30 million VND in cash, meaning a total discount of nearly 90 million VND.

For the Honda City RS version priced at 609 million VND, the promotion applies 50% of the registration fee, equivalent to a reduction of more than 30 million VND.

The remaining Honda CR-V produced in 2023 is entitled to a 50% discount on registration fees, applicable to the two versions G and L, which means a price reduction of about 50-55 million VND. The G version alone is entitled to a cash discount of 30 million VND.

Another Japanese car brand that also has a big discount is Subaru.

Subaru Vietnam announced a promotion program for customers buying cars in February 2024 with the highest discount that customers can receive up to 250 million VND.

Specifically, Subaru Forester iS EyeSight is offered a cash incentive of 250 million VND. Deducted from the selling price, the highest-end Subaru Forester version is only 949 million VND.

The second most discounted version is the Subaru Forester iL EyeSight at VND230 million. Deducted from the selling price, the actual amount customers have to pay to buy the car is VND869 million.

Finally, Subaru Forester iL is discounted 170 million VND, bringing the actual selling price down to 799 million VND.

In addition, depending on the version, car buyers will also receive additional gifts such as a set of four headrests, automatic folding mirrors and a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty.

Subaru models eligible for this incentive are all 2023 models.

Also in February 2024, customers buying 3 Nissan models, Almera, Navara and Kicks, will receive a 100% discount on registration fees.

Specifically, when purchasing 3 Nissan Almera, Navara and Kicks models, customers will be supported 100% of the registration fee, and receive a gift of a certain amount of SJC gold. The registration fee incentive will be applied depending on the version and year of manufacture. The gift of a certain amount of SJC gold can be converted into cash.

Currently, Nissan Almera in Vietnam has 2 versions: CVT and high-end CVT with prices ranging from 539 - 595 million VND, 100% preferential registration fee, equivalent to a value of 54 - 60 million VND, depending on the version and province or city of registration.

Meanwhile, Nissan Navara has 3 versions: EL 2WD, VL 4WD and PRO-4X, priced from 699 - 970 million VND. Nissan Kicks with a promotion program for version V costs 858 million VND. When buying this B-size SUV in February 2024, customers will save 86 million VND.

According to sales data from the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), total market sales in January 2024 reached 19,243 vehicles, including 14,745 passenger cars; 4,390 commercial vehicles and 108 specialized vehicles, down 50% compared to December 2023. Sales of domestically assembled vehicles reached 9,783 vehicles, down 59% compared to December 2023 and sales of imported vehicles were 9,460 vehicles, down 36% compared to December 2023.

VAMA also said that January 2024 sales of both domestically assembled and imported cars increased by 11% compared to the same period last year.
