Typically, the city has invested in the construction of the Software Park No. 2 Project with a total investment of more than VND 980 billion in phase 1, which will provide about 6,000 direct jobs in information technology and digital technology.

In early 2024, Da Nang inaugurated three major traffic projects, including the DT601 Road Upgrading and Renovation Project, the DH2 Road Project, and the Western Ring Road 2 Phase 1 Project. These are dynamic traffic projects, making an important contribution to promoting socio-economic development in the western part of the city.

Most recently, on the evening of August 30, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held the inauguration ceremony of the project "Upgrading and embellishing the City Memorial and renovating and expanding the 29/3 Square", with a total investment of more than 212 billion VND. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City shared that the Memorial is one of the symbols of Da Nang, demonstrating the fine tradition of drinking water and remembering its source, showing gratitude to the heroic martyrs of the nation, a symbol of the indomitable spirit, rich in revolutionary traditions of the heroic land of Quang Nam - Da Nang.

At a working session with the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee on the afternoon of September 1, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that Da Nang is increasingly affirming its role, position, and importance as a growth pole and growth center of the Central Highlands and the whole country in the spirit of comprehensive, harmonious, fast but sustainable development.

The Prime Minister requested Da Nang to implement 3 "pioneering and breakthrough" initiatives to pave the way. First, contribute to perfecting the socialist-oriented market economic institution. Second, innovate, flexibly and effectively apply the achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution to develop the digital economy, circular economy, green economy, knowledge economy, sharing economy, 3D economy. And, third, pioneer breakthroughs in decentralization, focusing on reforming administrative procedures, building a clean team of cadres who dare to innovate, dare to sacrifice for the common cause.
