The Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc strengthens the team of reporters and thematic information

The conference listened to information on two topics: Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, building a team of cadres and party members with "7 dares", delivered by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong, former General Secretary and Standing Member of the Central Theoretical Council; Some outstanding new points of the 2024 Land Law, delivered by Director of the Department of Land, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Doan Thi Thanh My.

Overviewing Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party's viewpoint on building a contingent of cadres and party members with "7 dares", according to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong, the cause of national renewal, besides great achievements of historical significance, still has many limitations and shortcomings, requiring cadres and party members to be people who dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, dare to face difficulties and challenges and dare to act for the common good.

Accordingly, Party committees at all levels have institutionalized the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and Conclusion No. 14-KL/TW of the Politburo on the policy of encouraging and protecting dynamic and creative cadres for the common good with many specific solutions. The urgent issue now is to dispel the mentality of "fear of making mistakes", "fear of being held accountable", fear of losing favor, being withdrawn, coping, pushing, avoiding responsibility, not daring to face difficulties and obstacles, not daring to fight and criticize wrongs and bad things,... the "square to be sure" mentality among a number of cadres and Party members holding key positions at all levels.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong delivered a presentation on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

There needs to be a mechanism to protect leaders who take "7 dares" at different levels, strong enough to be a support, a trust, and at the same time a great encouragement from the Party, State, and people so that they are determined to solve bottlenecks, barriers, deadlocks, outdated issues, new issues that have not yet been defined by a mechanism, are sensitive, have been around for a long time... and are hindering development.

Orienting the propaganda work in March and April 2024, the Party Committee of the Bloc requested Party committees at all levels and reporters to focus on propagating the socio-economic development results in 2023 and tasks and solutions in 2024; the Prime Minister's direction on implementing socio-economic development tasks and solutions in the first quarter and 2024.

Party committees at all levels and reporters continue to disseminate the results of Party building work in 2023; the key directions and tasks of Party building work in 2024 of the Party Committee of the Bloc and its affiliated Party Committees. Along with that, focus on disseminating and disseminating the contents of books and articles by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, cadres and Party members in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc.

Party committees at all levels and reporters disseminated the Action Programs of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc to implement the 13th Central Resolutions; the online contest to learn about the 8th Central Resolution, 13th tenure; the results of 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo. The dissemination work clarified the implementation of the 2024 thematic study "Strengthening the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, excellently completing the political tasks of Central agencies", focusing on "Exemplary preservation of moral qualities and lifestyle"; the results of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work in the new situation".

Party committees at all levels and reporters continued to disseminate the results of the Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation; the results achieved after 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Directive No. 01-CT/DUK of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views; the results of 10 years of implementing Conclusion No. 100-KL/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee's Secretariat on innovation and improving the quality of investigation, grasping and researching public opinion.

Along with promoting the Party's outstanding foreign affairs activities, Party committees at all levels and reporters spread the meaning of major holidays and important historical events under the guidance of the Central Propaganda Department.

The conference announced the Decision to complete the team of reporters at the Party Committee level of the Central Agencies Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.
