That is the assertion of an expert and manager in Laos, who has spent many years living, studying and researching in Vietnam.

Dr. Daosavan Kheuamixay, Deputy Director of the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, affirmed that the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1930 was an objectively inevitable event, a combination of the patriotic movement, the struggle movement of the working class and Marxism-Leninism. The birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam has great historical significance.

Since its founding, the Communist Party of Vietnam has had its own political platform and action plan, and has led the Vietnamese revolution to continuously gain many victories.

Including the August Revolution in 1945 which broke the yoke of Japanese fascist rule in Indochina, broke the yoke of the outdated feudal regime in Vietnam, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam).

Mr. Daosavan Kheuamixay highly appreciated the important role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in successfully leading the August Revolution, followed by the complete defeat of French colonialism in Indochina with the Dien Bien Phu victory in 1954 that "shook the five continents and shook the world", forcing France to sign the Geneva Agreement, recognizing the independence and sovereignty of the three Indochinese countries.

In the struggle against American imperialism, the Communist Party of Vietnam set out directions and lines of struggle, combined them with strategies, and seized every opportunity to bring the cause of national liberation to final victory.

The success of the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in the Spring of 1975 destroyed the US's plots and war strategies in Indochina as well as in Vietnam, making Vietnam a country with independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Dr. Daosavan Kheuamixay affirmed that the victory of national liberation and reunification is closely linked to the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

According to the Deputy Director of the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, the important factor that helps the Communist Party of Vietnam always maintain its revolutionary leadership role is first of all the creative application of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought to the actual conditions and situation of Vietnam in a correct and creative manner in each period.

Second, the Communist Party of Vietnam has consistently taken the people as the foundation in mobilizing all classes of people to rise up and destroy the enemy. Proposing correct, timely policies that are appropriate to the conditions and circumstances is an important factor for the revolution to win, thereby enhancing the role of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Besides, always being steadfast in the goal of a prosperous and happy life for the people, liberating people from domination, has helped the Communist Party of Vietnam always maintain its revolutionary leadership role.

Regarding the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the current national renovation, Dr. Daosavan Kheuamixay said that since the 6th Party Congress in 1986, the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the renovation has brought Vietnam to a leap forward in development.

Up to now, after nearly 40 years of innovation, there have been many summaries showing that Vietnam has achieved many great achievements, the political system and state management apparatus have been adjusted to become more streamlined, effective and transparent.

The socio-economy is constantly developing, people's lives are increasingly improving.

In terms of national defense and security, Vietnam has built itself an impressive strength, able to firmly protect Vietnam's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In terms of diplomacy, Vietnam has an increasingly important role in the international arena.

The main factor that has helped Vietnam achieve its current successes, according to Dr. Daosavan Kheuamixay, is the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Party has been creative and sensitive in the cause of building, protecting and developing the country, proposing timely innovation in each field and most importantly, innovation in economic thinking. This is an important factor that has helped Vietnam's innovation cause achieve many successes.

Meanwhile, Mr. Phonekham Sisomphanh, an expert of Aloun Mai Magazine under the Central Propaganda Department of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, affirmed that the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3, 1930, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, was an extremely important historical event, an extremely important turning point in the revolutionary history of Vietnam in particular and the Indochinese countries in general.

With the right policies and guidelines, the Communist Party of Vietnam successfully led the Vietnamese revolution, defeated French colonialism and American imperialism, resolved the crisis in the path to national salvation, leading to the glorious victory of the Vietnamese people.
