Recognizing recession

Implementing Project No. 05, the Party Committee of the State Treasury of Dak Nong province widely disseminated the Party's directives, resolutions, regulations and rules on the fight against manifestations of bureaucracy, individualism, "group interests", and "words do not match actions".

The unit focuses on fighting against 27 manifestations of degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" within the unit according to the spirit of Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee.

Comrade Le Van Phong, Party member of Party Cell 3 said: “Implementing Project No. 05, as a Party member, in regular meetings, I regularly contribute constructive opinions and frankly point out limitations so that the proposed resolution is closer to reality and effective. As a civil servant, I always improve my professional knowledge to perform well the assigned tasks.”

In addition, every year, the Party Committee directs and seriously implements the development of plans for training, education and striving for cadres and Party members; strictly and orderly implements the Party cell's activities according to the Party Charter, instructions on the order, content and criteria for evaluating the quality of activities. Party cells also regularly integrate the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into regular activities as well as organize thematic activities close to the unit's reality.

Comrade Pham Dinh Tan, Secretary of Party Cell 3 said: “For each regular meeting, the Party Committee and Party Cell Secretary carefully prepare the content, upholding the sense of responsibility of the leader and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members in drafting resolutions. In particular, the topics of the specialized meetings are chosen to be close to the specific nature of the work, contributing to improving efficiency and being applied in practice.”

In particular, based on the nature of its activities, the Provincial State Treasury Party Committee self-identifies and identifies signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" that need to be fought, prevented and prevented. That is, incorrect perception of the meaning and importance of theory and studying political theory; having incorrect statements and viewpoints or showing signs of political perception deviation but not analyzing to help others understand the true nature of the problem; not fully performing the responsibilities and obligations of a Party member in Party cell activities; seeing problems and incorrect actions of comrades and colleagues but not having their own opinions; not proactively researching and finding ways to resolve difficulties and obstacles arising in professional activities...

Party members of the State Treasury of Dak Nong province always uphold the spirit of exemplary conduct, effectively performing assigned tasks with the spirit of "doing all the work, not all the time".

Such as enhancing the revolutionary ideals of civil servants and party members; rectifying working style, strengthening discipline and administrative discipline when performing official duties; improving the quality of party cell activities, strengthening the leadership role of grassroots party organizations. During the implementation process, the Party Committee and party cells have conducted inspections and supervision to promptly rectify and remind cadres and party members who still violate, especially leaders, about their role as role models and performing assigned duties and tasks.”

Timely orientation of ideology and public opinion

Not only the Provincial Treasury Party Committee, implementing Project 05, the Bloc Party Committee determined that ideological work is the foundation; cadre organization work is the driving force; inspection and supervision work is the framework for implementation. Accordingly, the Bloc Party Committee promotes propaganda and education, raising awareness of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.

Since Project No. 05, the Party Committee of the Bloc has organized 16 classes to disseminate directives and resolutions to 3,508 key cadres; 100% of Party cell leaders have organized appropriate forms to disseminate the Party's directives and resolutions to all cadres, party members, and the masses at agencies, units, and enterprises.

Promoting the role of the reporting team, party organizations have conducted more than 124 oral propaganda sessions for more than 12,000 people. The Party Committee of the Bloc alone conducted more than 40 sessions with more than 3,000 people. In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc organized 3 training courses on party work for 1,415 grassroots party committees; 7 summer political training courses and a political study program at the beginning of the course for 3,846 cadres, party members, teachers and civil servants...

In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Party Committees of the Party Cells have strengthened their leadership and direction, promptly oriented the political ideology and public opinion of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers. The work of investigating and grasping public opinion, the situation and ideological developments of party members, civil servants, public employees and workers is carried out regularly and continuously in many forms such as through reports, attending party cell meetings, surveys, sociological investigations, etc.

Regularly exchanging and improving expertise and Party work skills are activities that Party cells under the Dak Nong Provincial State Treasury Party Committee focus on.

The work of fighting against and defending the Party's ideological foundation in the spirit of Resolution No. 35 of the Politburo has been focused on. The Propaganda Department and grassroots groups and teams have connected and organized propaganda and fighting activities on cyberspace in many diverse forms.

The Party Committee of the Bloc maintains the Facebook group "Green Dak Nong" attracting 5,700 members, with 500 posts/month, nearly 240,000 views and nearly 98,500 interactions.

The Youth Union established the “Young Theory Club” with 38 members; “Dak Nong Bloc Youth Union” with 2,700 members, an average of 650 participations with more than 20 news and articles/day, attracting 4,500 followers.

Along with that, the inspection of party members when there are signs of violations, consideration and enforcement of party discipline are focused on. According to the decentralization of cadre management, the Party Committee of the Bloc has inspected 48 leaders and managers when there are signs of violations; and disciplined 125 individuals for lack of responsibility in performing professional tasks, violating population policies and laws...
