Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to continue to carefully review the subjects of measles vaccination to ensure coverage for each age group (children from 6 to 9 months, children from 1 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 10 years old) to reach the target of 95% or more and not to miss cases that are eligible but have not been fully vaccinated against measles; coordinate to propose vaccination for other groups in the area if necessary.

People's Committees of districts and cities synchronously deploy solutions to prevent and control measles; strengthen screening and management of vaccination subjects to ensure close adherence to the actual situation in the area, not missing subjects, especially in areas at risk of outbreaks, low vaccination rates, with the spirit of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, screening every subject". Localities, based on actual conditions and characteristics, apply appropriate vaccination methods such as: home vaccination, mobile vaccination to quickly cover vaccines to achieve effective immunity in the community.
Press agencies and grassroots media systems should strengthen communication to encourage and mobilize families and parents to take their children for full and timely vaccination.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Health Department to direct treatment facilities to organize admission, triage, and screening of children from areas with many measles cases and suspected measles symptoms to ensure no cross-infection in medical facilities. The Health Department closely monitors the number of measles cases to ensure that suspected cases are detected, promptly investigated, and appropriate disease prevention and control measures are implemented.
