The National Assembly delegation of Dak Nong province met with voters in Cu K'nia commune.

At the meeting, voters of Cu K'nia commune reflected on some issues regarding the granting of land use right certificates that are not suitable to the actual situation of the locality; the granting of business licenses to small-scale production households in the area is still cumbersome and has many procedures.

Delegate Duong Khac Mai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, requested voters to focus on key points and opinions.

Site clearance, land donation for road construction and support for people donating land still have many shortcomings; policies, social insurance, health insurance for meritorious people, retired cadres as well as grassroots cadres are not satisfactory.

Voter Le Xuan Cuong petitioned about the administrative boundary issue of the commune, there is no map of the plots for the locality to issue land use right certificates to the people.

Voter Nguyen Thi Loc proposed that the health insurance and social insurance regime for full-time officials at the commune level still has many shortcomings.

Leaders of departments, branches and local authorities have responded to voters' comments and recommendations on the issuance of land use right certificates. In particular, they requested the commune-level land administration to quickly review all land records in the area to promptly resolve the issue for the people.

Voter Tran Van Dong proposed that granting business licenses to small-scale production businesses in the area is still cumbersome and requires many procedures.

Speaking at the meeting, delegate Nguyen Truong Giang, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the provincial National Assembly, acknowledged 12 opinions and recommendations revolving around issues that have been and are currently being encountered and existing in the locality in recent times. On that basis, departments, branches and localities focus on resolving the feedback and recommendations, avoiding the situation where voters make recommendations multiple times and beyond their level.
