"Sustainable Human Resources - The 'S' Center in ESG?" is a large-scale workshop within the series of events of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2024 organized by Dan Tri newspaper.
The program brings together speakers who are representatives of management agencies, international labor organizations, scholars, leading experts in human resource management, and influential managers in the ESG field domestically and internationally.
In addition, the workshop also had the participation of senior leaders from businesses in many industries that have been, are, and are moving towards a sustainable development roadmap.

Mr. Dau Anh Tuan graduated with a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and received an Eishewhower Fellowship.
With more than 20 years working at the VCCI Legal Department and 10 years in charge of this unit, Mr. Tuan has a lot of experience in policy and legal issues related to enterprises when participating in the drafting committee, editorial team and working group implementing the Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Land Law, Securities Law...
Ms. Ingrid Christensen takes up the position of ILO Director in Vietnam from 2022. Previously, she held various positions at the ILO and the Danish Government.
Before coming to Vietnam, she was the ILO Director in Pakistan from 2016 to 2022. She held the position of ILO Senior Occupational Safety and Health Expert in the Asia-Pacific region, and ILO Ad Hoc Representative in Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
Dr. Le Thai Ha is the only Vietnamese female scientist named in the top 1% of the world's most influential scientists (2021-2023). Ms. Ha is the youngest (and only female) member of the Economic Science Council for the 2022-2024 term of the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) (under the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam).
The female doctor has published about 80 research papers and articles in prestigious scientific journals - leading journals in the fields of energy economics, environment and applied economics.
Dr. Le Thai Ha is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Fulbright Review of Economics and Policy.
Mr. Chaturon Thipphiansak is a senior leader of SCG Group - one of the leading enterprises in the construction materials, petrochemicals and packaging industry from Thailand.
Prior to his appointment at SCG Vietnam, Mr. Chaturon Thipphiansak held the positions of Head of HR Strategy and HR Business Partner at SCG. His recommendations helped optimize HR operations to support the group’s business goals.
Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Ngoc has 30 years of experience at Deloitte Vietnam in the fields of strategy and operations consulting, enterprise risk consulting, auditing and assurance.
She has extensive experience in providing consulting services to corporations, multinational companies, energy, banking, telecommunications, technology, etc.
She also holds the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA).
Working with Viet Thang Jean since 1988 and building a name for one of the leading garment enterprises in Vietnam, Mr. Pham Van Viet is also the founder of the V-Sixtyfour brand - a high-end product line for young people.
Mr. Viet is currently Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Textile and Garment Association and Vice President of the Thu Duc City Business Association.
The workshop "Sustainable Human Resources - The "S" Center in ESG?" took place on the morning of October 30 in Hanoi, as part of the series of activities of the Vietnam ESG Forum organized by Dan Tri newspaper from 2024.

The Vietnam ESG Forum has many activities during the year to promote and develop ESG standards, including seminars, talks, forums combined with honor ceremonies, and an ESG Initiative writing contest for a sustainable Vietnam.
The Organizing Committee hopes that with the attention of the business community in Vietnam as well as localities, the Forum will be held annually, to accompany management agencies, communities, and businesses to replicate the sustainable development model, bringing positive values to the environment and society, contributing to the prosperous development of the country.
