On July 29, a representative of the Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 3 (Team 3, Traffic Police Department) said that the unit's working group had just provided first aid to a child who had convulsions and foaming at the mouth on the Phap Van - Cau Gie Highway and taken him to the hospital.
Specifically, at 8:30 a.m. the same day, at Km188 on the Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway (in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi), the working group of Team 3 was on duty when a driver informed them that there was a child in the car having convulsions and foaming at the mouth.
Upon receiving the news, Captain Bui Chi Cong quickly approached and provided first aid to the child, helping him overcome the critical condition.
Afterwards, the working group of Team 3 used a patrol car to take the child to the Agricultural Hospital (Thanh Tri, Hanoi) for timely emergency care.
During the emergency treatment, the doctors said the child was in critical condition, so the family transferred the child to the National Children's Hospital for further examination.
It is known that the child's name is VMK (6 years old, from Thanh Hoa). The child's family would like to thank the Traffic Police for quickly providing first aid and using a specialized vehicle to take the child to the emergency room in time.
