Recently, many people have shared photos taken at the massive castle named "Thoan Binh Castle" of tycoon Nguyen Vinh Thoan (Yen My commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province).
It is known that Thoan's family has opened the castle for people to visit since before the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin until now.
The reason is because in his hometown, people see beautiful houses and like to come and see them, so he opens the door for everyone to visit and take pictures.
Initially, Thoan’s family only opened in the morning, from 7am to 11:30am every day. But then, the tycoon saw that people came at all hours, so he decided to open the door all day.

Every day, about 200 - 300 visitors come to visit the castle. This number increases to 500 people on holidays and Tet. There are days when the cars of the visiting groups are packed into the castle grounds.
The “scrap tycoon” does not charge any fees but allows everyone to visit freely and take photos. He also does not hesitate to sit and chat with visitors or take souvenir photos with everyone.
In addition to local people, there are also tourists from neighboring provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh,... Even foreign visitors come to visit this castle.
Mr. Thoan said that opening the castle to visitors will not affect his family's life. Because currently, the castle is still in the process of completing the carpentry, ceiling, interior, etc. It is expected that by the end of 2024, Mr. Thoan's family will move into the castle permanently.
Mr. Thoan has not yet calculated the total cost of building and completing the castle. Previously, he said that the total cost of the castle was about 70 billion VND. However, recently, the tycoon revealed that the current estimated figure has reached about 100 billion VND.
Previously, Thoan's family castle was famous all over social networks and was widely reported by the press. "Thoan Binh Castle" is 400m2 wide, built on a total area of 7200m2. The castle consists of 3 main floors, 3 attic floors, the highest attic is 18m, the total height is nearly 40m, built in French architecture.
