Highlights of the program "Appreciation for teammates"

On the evening of April 16, the Association of Veteran Enterprises and Entrepreneurs (VET) of the province coordinated with Thanh Hoa Radio and Television to organize a live broadcast of the art exchange program "Gratitude to comrades" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

When the country called, the war veterans Trinh Xuan Lam, Nguyen Duy No, and Le Dinh Dinh, at a very young age, enthusiastically rushed to fight on all the fierce front lines. Luckily surviving and returning with many injuries from bombs and toxic chemicals, these war veterans always strived, promoted the capacity, qualities, and bravery of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and continued to contribute to building their homeland. Meaningful and authentic stories were written from the bravery, will, and determination of the war veterans' businessmen in both wartime and peacetime.

To ease the pain of the post-war period, over the years, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Association of Veterans' Enterprises has always actively carried out charitable activities for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded and sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution. In 2024, the Provincial Association of Veterans' Enterprises and the Association of Veterans' Enterprises in districts, towns and cities directly carried out humanitarian and charitable work with a total amount of 11.9 billion VND. Not only directly donating, the Provincial Association of Veterans' Enterprises is also a bridge connecting philanthropists with many families in difficult circumstances, contributing to alleviating the pain and loss caused by the war.

The battlefield is fierce, the business world is also full of hardships and challenges. However, soldiers, whether in war or peace, do not choose easy jobs. They have, are and will continue to bring love buses, happy journeys to everywhere. On that journey, although they are no longer young, they are still full of enthusiasm and sing military marching songs.

The art exchange program “Gratitude to comrades” shows the deep gratitude of Thanh Hoa province’s CCB enterprises to their comrades, to Vietnamese heroic mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, and martyrs’ families. Through the stories of the guests, the practical and meaningful deeds of soldiers in peacetime have contributed to spreading the beautiful tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” of the Vietnamese people. So that anyone, of any age, doing any job, can strive to live, contribute and be ready to join hands and contribute to ease the pain and loss that war has left and is leaving behind.

At the art exchange program “Gratitude to comrades”, representatives of businesses and entrepreneurs presented 50 gifts of love to families of policy beneficiaries and comrades in difficult circumstances, including: 5 houses of love, each worth 80 million VND; 45 savings books, each worth 10 million VND.
