Currently, Tuyen Quang Power Company manages 19 110kV lines with a total length of 291.5 km, supplying electricity to 08 transformer stations (TSAs) with 13 110kV transformers (MBAs), with a total installed capacity of 554 MVA. In addition, the power grid system managed by the company includes 2,557.81 km of medium voltage lines, 4,797.56 km of low voltage lines, 2,060 stations/2,069 distribution transformers with a total capacity of 533,001 kVA, meeting the electricity needs of more than 284,000 customers.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Phuong, Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Power Company, said that with the determination to prevent power outages from occurring during the peak heat wave in 2025, the Company has strengthened the direction of functional departments and affiliated units to ensure the progress and quality of major repair projects, especially major repairs of the 110kV power grid. Continue to strengthen field inspections, early detection of incident risks, and thorough and timely handling of defects in the 110kV power grid.
At the same time, modern technological equipment such as thermal cameras and flycams are applied to check the contact of joints and equipment on medium voltage lines and transformer stations, with special attention paid to the lightning protection system. In addition, the work of repairing and replacing power poles damaged by natural disasters and increasing the phase-to-ground distance of 35kV medium voltage lines is also being vigorously implemented.
In order to minimize the risk of incidents due to violations of the grid safety corridor, Tuyen Quang Power Company has been coordinating with localities and related units to propagate and raise people's awareness of electrical safety. At the same time, the company organizes periodic inspections and clearing of the grid corridor, promptly handles tall trees outside the corridor that are at risk of falling onto the power line, minimizing power outages due to fallen trees or violations of safety distances.
