Victory Giant Technology Vietnam Factory Project of Victory Giant Technology Joint Stock Company (Guangdong, China) specializes in manufacturing high-end multi-layer high-precision printed circuit board products. The project has a total investment of 520 million USD, implemented in 2 phases: phase 1 from 2024 to 2026, total investment 260 million USD; phase 2 from 2027 to 2030, total investment 260 million USD. After completion, the total expected output of the Factory will reach 4 million m2 of products and the estimated production value is about 900 million USD, contributing to promoting the production of high-precision printed circuit boards in Vietnam.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his joy that after the negotiation and preparation process, especially after the working session of the Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation in China, the Victory Giant Vietnam High-Precision Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Project at VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park officially broke ground. Affirming that this is a testament to the attractiveness of Bac Ninh's investment environment, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the company will quickly complete the procedures to proceed with the construction of project items, put the factory into effective production and business operations; strictly implement the provisions of the law, build corporate culture, and actively take care of the lives of workers. With the motto of being a partner and companion, Bac Ninh province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for the production and business process of the company. Most recently, based on the company's proposal, the province has submitted a document to the Government for approval to deploy a dormitory model for workers associated with production activities. In the spirit of constantly cultivating increasingly deeper and more useful friendships and partnerships, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan hopes that the company will actively coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to create conditions for Vietnamese technology enterprises to participate in the production process of the Factory, which is one of the practical contents for Bac Ninh to effectively implement Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

* On the same day, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. Project at VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park.

Green Precision is a Chinese high-tech enterprise specializing in researching, designing and manufacturing precision structural components for electronic consumer products such as speakers, phones, tablets, electronic payment devices, etc. The company's factory project was granted an investment license by the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board on November 7, 2024, with a total investment capital of 121 million USD. After officially operating around the second quarter of 2026, the factory's production capacity is expected to be 62 million products/year, with a production value of about 413 million USD.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished the project to soon achieve the 5 "best" words: fastest construction, best quality, safest, earliest operation, strongest development; thereby, creating a breakthrough for businesses as well as creating a breakthrough in attracting investment in VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park and Bac Ninh province in general.
