In the first 6 months of the year, the Central Inspection Commission and Inspection Commissions at all levels have effectively implemented the tasks prescribed in the Party Charter. They promptly issued and organized the implementation of inspection and supervision programs and plans. The contents of inspection and supervision focus on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of resolutions, directives, regulations, conclusions of the Party and laws of the State; the prevention and fight against corruption, negativity and waste; the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; organizational and personnel work; maintaining moral qualities and lifestyle; areas prone to corruption and negativity, prominent and pressing issues in society, of public concern, especially signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; Violations in specialized fields and closed activities contribute to maintaining strict Party discipline and order, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and direction of Party committees and organizations at all levels.

Party committees at all levels have inspected over 18,000 party organizations and over 107,000 party members. Through inspection, 631 party organizations and 1,767 party members have committed violations and shortcomings; inspections when there are signs of violations have been conducted on 131 party organizations and 922 party members. The conclusion is that 89 party organizations and 804 party members have committed violations and shortcomings. Inspection committees at all levels have inspected 804 party organizations and 2,850 party members when there are signs of violations. The conclusion is that 613 party organizations and 2,390 party members have committed violations and shortcomings.

The Central Inspection Commission and Inspection Commissions at all levels shall comprehensively carry out their tasks as prescribed by the Party Charter; especially the key task of inspection when there are signs of violations; linking the supervision and inspection of the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks with the supervision and inspection of the declaration of assets, income and responsibilities of leaders; handling of denunciations, complaints and disciplinary actions shall be carried out promptly, basically ensuring strictness, compliance with procedures, regulations, democracy and objectivity.

At the same time, proactively advise, coordinate, and ensure the quality and timely implementation of tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, Party committees at all levels, the Central Steering Committee, and provincial Steering Committees on corruption prevention and control; Coordinate and advise on the effective implementation of tasks assigned by the Sub-committees and Working Groups serving the 14th National Party Congress.

The Inspection Commission of the provincial Party Committee and the Central City Party Committee shall inspect when there are signs of violations by the Party Committee, Party organizations, and Party members in the leadership and direction of the implementation of projects and bidding packages. Inspect, supervise, and urge the correction of violations, shortcomings, and limitations of the Party Committee, lower-level Party organizations, and Party members according to the inspection and supervision conclusions of the Party Committee and the Inspection Commission at higher levels.

Along with that, continue to comprehensively and effectively carry out tasks according to the Party Charter, the declaration of assets, income and tasks assigned by the Party Committee, focusing on inspection when there are signs of violations; resolutely handle Party organizations and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

The conference had 13 opinions from delegates contributing and proposing solutions to effectively implement inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement work in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Cam Tu, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, emphasized that through the inspection and supervision work in recent times, the Politburo's determination to prevent and combat corruption and negative practices has been clearly demonstrated with the motto "no forbidden zones, no exceptions, regardless of who the person is".

New cases have been promptly and seriously investigated, and many officials and Party members who have violated the law have been disciplined. The handling of officials and Party members who have violated the law is for the sake of the Party's cause, not for the motive of internal struggle and competition like the bad forces spreading defamatory and slanderous news. The inspection and supervision of the lower-level Inspection Committees have become routine.

To continue to perform well the inspection and supervision tasks in the coming time, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels, especially leaders, continue to raise awareness, responsibility, and be proactive and decisive in leading and directing inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement.

At the same time, continue to carry out well the work of building the Party Inspection sector, focusing on building a team of inspection officers to meet the requirements of the task; rotate leaders of sectors and levels to do inspection work and inspection officers to work in other sectors to train, foster, create a source of cadres, and prepare personnel for the Inspection Committee for the next term.
