According to newly announced information, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, younger sister of Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (TTC Land, code SCR) sold 110,419 shares during September 18-24, using the order matching method.

Temporarily calculating according to the closing price of SCR shares on September 24 at VND 5,500/share, Ms. My can earn nearly VND 600 million.

After this transaction, Mr. Dang Hong Anh's younger brother no longer holds any shares of SCR. Currently, Vice Chairman Dang Hong Anh owns more than 40 million shares, accounting for 10.11%.

Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My was born in 1981, the daughter of Mr. Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of Thanh Thanh Cong Group and Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc. Ms. My is often called by the nickname "sugar princess".

The businesswoman is also known as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS, code SBT).

The stock market also recorded a number of other stock transactions. Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu, daughter of Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC (code PDR), sold more than 1.08 million shares from September 9 to September 24 through order matching.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (code FTS) sold more than 134,000 shares from August 30 to September 20 through order matching. Mr. Dung currently holds more than 154,000 shares, accounting for 0.05%.

Mr. Le Xuan Hoang, brother-in-law of Mr. Luu Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of 911 Group Corporation (code NO1) registered to sell all of nearly 750,000 shares, a ratio of 3.12%. The transaction is expected to be carried out from September 27 to October 18 by negotiation and order matching.

Similarly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom, Mr. Tuan's sister-in-law, also registered to sell all of her more than 601,000 shares, a rate of 2.5%.
