On the afternoon of February 18, in Hanoi, Inspection Team No. 1913 of the Politburo held a Conference to announce the Politburo's Inspection Decision in 2025 for the Central Military Commission.
The conference was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the inspection delegation; General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense.

At the conference, inspection delegation No. 1913 of the Politburo announced the Inspection Decision and Inspection Plan for the Central Military Commission.

The inspection content for the Central Military Commission focuses on the following issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees.
Organizing the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35.
Thoroughly implementing and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; implementing Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.
The inspection ensures democracy and objectivity; complies with the Party's principles and regulations and the inspection process of the Politburo and Secretariat; and promotes the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organizations.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc said: Through the work of grasping the situation, urging, guiding, and inspecting to correctly assess the advantages, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Central Military Commission on the inspection contents; guiding and resolving arising difficulties and problems; replicating good, creative, and effective models and practices, ensuring that party organizations fully and deeply grasp the major policies of the Party, the Politburo, and the Secretariat and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements.
Noting that the inspection needs to ensure effectiveness, practicality, avoid formality, and comply with Party regulations, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested the Central Military Commission and inspected units to closely coordinate, create conditions, provide complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process; proactively arrange appropriate working time for the inspection team to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Agreeing with the content of the inspection team's report, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that in the past time, the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission Standing Committee have focused on leading and directing the implementation of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions seriously, promptly and effectively, associated with the responsibility of officers and soldiers in performing their tasks.
General Phan Van Giang hopes that the inspection team will continue to closely coordinate, assist and guide the Central Military Commission to successfully complete the inspection contents.

Speaking at the conference, Senior General Phan Van Giang said: This inspection has a short implementation time, many contents, wide scope, high requirements, requiring the members of the inspection team as well as the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the provinces and related organizations and individuals to make every effort, coordinate smoothly and synchronously with each other.
The inspection team will work with the unit to conduct the inspection, ensuring that it does not affect the unit's regular political activities and tasks. The inspection must ensure compliance with the procedures and regulations according to Decision No. 139-QD/TW dated January 4, 2024 of the Politburo on promulgating the Inspection Procedure of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
To ensure the inspection progress as planned, General Phan Van Giang requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees of the inspected provinces to assign focal points to coordinate with the inspection team; complete the self-inspection report and send it to the inspection team on time, with correct and complete contents according to the Central's suggested outline; proactively and actively coordinate with the inspection team, providing complete records and documents to help the team complete the task. Based on the results of studying records and documents, in each province, the inspection team will select from 3 to 5 units to work with, verify and verify.
Senior General Phan Van Giang expressed his belief that with the high determination of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees and the members of the inspection team, the inspection will successfully complete the tasks set out according to the requirements of the Politburo.
