(NLDO) - On the evening of March 24, Quang Nam province organized a special art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the province's Liberation Day and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee.
On the afternoon of March 24, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and the working delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs and heroic Vietnamese mothers at the Martyrs' Cemetery of Quang Nam province and the Monument of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Thu (Tam Ky city).

50 years ago, the liberation of Quang Nam province on March 24, 1975 became a brilliant milestone in the history of the revolutionary struggle of the Party Committee, army and people of Quang Nam, marking the complete victory of the resistance war against the US, saving the country in the homeland of Quang Nam. The liberation of Quang Nam created conditions and contributed to the complete liberation of the South, reunifying the country on April 30, 1975.
