The Standing Committee members, leaders of the Hoang Mai District People's Committee, representatives of mass organizations, and leaders of 14 wards in the area were all present to witness the announcement ceremony of the decision.
At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Hong Nhat announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on approving comrade Nguyen Duc Dung (born in 1980), member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Resolution of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council approving the election results of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Duc Dung to hold the position of Chairman of the Hoang Mai District People's Council, term 2020-2025.
At the announcement and handover ceremony of the Decision, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen congratulated comrade Nguyen Duc Dung personally and the Hoang Mai District Party Committee and assigned 5 tasks to Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Hoang Mai District People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung as well as the entire District Party Committee. Including focusing on reviewing the targets of the 4th District Party Congress, together with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to direct and lead units and localities to complete assigned tasks; in his new position, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung must spend time analyzing and finding bottlenecks in the socio-economic development process and propose solutions, especially in social security work, management of apartment buildings, and health care for people. Up to now, Hoang Mai District is one of 3 districts in the capital that do not have a district-level general hospital.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen directed that for the most populous area of the city, with many apartment buildings, Hoang Mai district must absolutely not allow any situation of insecurity and disorder to arise. During his meetings with the Hanoi Party Committee, General Secretary and President To Lam requested that, regarding security and order, the capital must never use the phrase "learn from experience", meaning that it must proactively grasp and control the situation in all circumstances.
At the same time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee handed over the decisions on the personnel work of Hoang Mai district at a very special and meaningful time. Therefore, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee believes that with more than 20 years of working in Hoang Mai district, including 14 years working at the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung will continue to promote his own capacity, solidarity, attachment, exemplary, quickly grasp new tasks... to organize and successfully implement the political tasks of the unit, contributing to building Hoang Mai district more and more civilized and beautiful.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Board, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai District, expressed his gratitude for the trust of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People's Council. Among them, there was support from Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen and Standing Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha.
Identifying that the tasks he will shoulder in the coming time will be very heavy, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung promised the City leaders, the Party Committee and the people of Hoang Mai district to unite and stick together with the collective to complete the common task.
At the ceremony, Hoang Mai District Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Linh affirmed to the City leaders, the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hoang Mai District that they will complete the tasks of 2024 and the entire term. Along with the construction and renovation of 18 schools, the district is implementing traffic projects and planning to build Hoang Mai General Hospital with an area of 3.5 hectares and about 400 treatment beds. The fact that the Hanoi Party Committee allows the locality to supplement local human resources for the two positions of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council is a recognition and evaluation of the results and efforts of comrade Nguyen Duc Dung and the entire Hoang Mai District Party Committee.
