Adding an area of ​​8.6856 hectares to the land use plan of Hoang Mai district

According to the Decision, the adjustment and supplement to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Hoang Mai district was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 512/QD-UBND dated January 25, 2024 (adjusted and supplemented in Decision No. 1995/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024; Decision No. 3875/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024).

Adding 14 projects to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Hoang Mai district with a total area of ​​8,6856 hectares.

Adjust and supplement the projects and areas stated in Point e, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 512/QD-UBND dated January 25, 2024 (adjusted and supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 1995/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024; Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 3875/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024) of the City People's Committee into 176 projects with a total area of ​​343.9133 hectares.

Other contents stated in Decision No. 512/QD-UBND dated January 25, 2024, No. 1995/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2024, No. 3875/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2024 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
