Announcing the list of 30 administrative procedures in the forestry sector

According to the Decision, the list of 30 administrative procedures in the Forestry sector under the state management of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hanoi City is announced. Of which, 19 administrative procedures are under the jurisdiction of the provincial level; 03 administrative procedures are under the joint jurisdiction of the provincial and district levels; 07 administrative procedures are under the jurisdiction of the district level; 01 administrative procedure is under the jurisdiction of the commune level in Hanoi City.

The administrative procedures specified in No. 21 of the Appendix shall take effect from the date of the Prime Minister's decision. Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated July 11, 2024 of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee shall cease to be effective. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
