On the afternoon of June 1, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police Department on promotion of ranks and salary increases in 2023 for officers, soldiers, and contract workers whose service terms have expired. Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department attended and chaired the ceremony.
Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police; representatives of leaders and assistants in force building of departments, police of districts, towns and cities in the province, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Women's Union and representatives of comrades promoted in rank and salary in 2023.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security and the Provincial Police Director on promoting ranks and raising salaries for 2,221 officers, soldiers and contract workers.
Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the Decisions on promotion of ranks and salary increase to 3 Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police Department.
In particular, the Minister of Public Security signed a Decision to raise the salary level beyond the frame for the second time to the rank of Colonel for comrade Phan Thi Huong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; to promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel 1 year ahead of schedule for comrade Nguyen Huu Manh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; to promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel for comrade Le Ngoc Anh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; to promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant Colonel for 12 comrades at the department level, leaders of the district-level Police and to promote the rank 1 year ahead of schedule for 3 comrades at the team level.
Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented decisions on rank promotion and salary increase to officers and soldiers.
The Director of the Provincial Police Department signed the Decisions on promotion of ranks, salary increase from Sergeant to Lieutenant Colonel and salary increase beyond the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and Senior Colonel for 2,152 professional officers and non-commissioned officers; technical officers and non-commissioned officers and 51 contract workers in Thanh Hoa Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, congratulated the comrades on their promotion in rank and salary in 2023. This is the attention of the Party and State in implementing the regime and policies for the People's Public Security force, and also the recognition of the Ministry of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police Department for the contributions and efforts of each officer and soldier during the past time.
The Provincial Police Director hopes that the comrades who will be promoted in rank and salary in 2023 will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, constantly study, practice, improve their political and ideological qualities, professional qualifications; proactively and promptly advise and handle well situations related to national security, social order and safety, making an important contribution to the work of Party building and building the Thanh Hoa Police force to be increasingly clean and strong.
Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Duong, Head of the Investigation Security Department, representing the officers and soldiers who received salary increases and rank promotions, expressed his gratitude for the attention of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Police Director.
Major General Tran Phu Ha, Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested that immediately after this ceremony, heads of units quickly organize the announcement of the Decisions on promotion of ranks and salary increases for officers and soldiers of the unit to ensure solemnity and meaning, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to compete to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
