Therefore, at the conference, 13/13 V-League clubs participating voted to agree to the proposal to postpone the opening of the new season to September. In addition to postponing the V-League 2024/2025 schedule, VPF Company and the Vietnam Football Federation Referee Board are preparing work related to facilities and human resources to proceed with the plan to apply VAR technology to all matches in the V-League 2024/2025.

The preparation and arrangement of the competition schedule is based on two options: Priority is given to clubs to limit long-distance travel, long-distance travel and least expensive travel, and the remaining option is to arrange randomly based on basic criteria.
