Vietnam wins team championship of JGFP International Interclub Golf Championship 2025

In the U12 & Under group, golfer Bui Quang Duc Minh continued to maintain his stable performance to maintain his leading position in the rankings after 2 days and excellently won the championship title, with a total of 103 points. In this group, athlete Pham Hong Quang also won third place with a total of 100 points.

Bui Quang Duc Minh and Pham Hong Quang are two young golfers who have been participating in golf for less than 2 years but have had many impressive achievements in domestic and international competitions.

In the U13-18 group, two athletes Nguyen Gia Khoi and Nguyen Ngoc Gia Huy finished round 3 with results of +6 and +7 respectively. The two young athletes, with determination and confidence, competed excellently at a distance of 7100 yards, much further than the distance they usually compete in Vietnam for their age group of 13.

Notably, under the intense heat, the two athletes surpassed many members of teams from Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, the Philippines... to make it onto the team leaderboard for the Vietnamese athletes.

In the end, under the guidance of Coach Bach Cuong Khang, 4 young Vietnamese athletes won the Team Championship Cup at JGFP International Interclub 2025 in the joy of Vietnamese fans present at the stadium.

The JGFP International Interclub Golf Championship 2025 is a prestigious international junior golf tournament organized annually by the Philippine Junior Golf Foundation (JGFP). This year's tournament takes place from April 10 to 13 at Mimosa Plus Golf & Country Club, bringing together many teams and young athletes from countries with strong golf movements such as Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the host country, the Philippines.

The JGFP International Interclub Golf Championship is a long-standing traditional tournament in the Philippines.
