Earlier, on the morning of February 13, the Lai Chau Provincial Police Facebook page received a report that the account "Linh Nhi" posted on Facebook content insulting the traffic police on duty.

According to the police, Ms. T is the person who posted this content, the image in the article is in Muong Kim commune (Than Uyen district).

At the police station, Ms. T admitted to taking photos of the traffic police and posting them on Facebook with insulting words to gain likes, increase interactions, and at the same time inform her friends that there was a traffic police checkpoint on duty.
