The General Secretary emphasized that up to now, we have basically completed the streamlining of the apparatus of Party, Judiciary and mass organizations at the Central level. On the occasion of the beginning of the New Year of At Ty 2025 and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the morning of February 3 (ie January 6, At Ty year), the Party Central Office organized a meeting to "Celebrate the Party - Celebrate Spring", wishing a Happy New Year to cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Central Office. The General Secretary shared that on the first working day of the new year of At Ty, the Party Central Office will be reorganized with new functions and tasks, aiming to improve the efficiency of the Office's work.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, to meet the leadership and direction requirements of the Party and State, General Secretary To Lam suggested that the Party Central Office continue to perform its functions and tasks well, promote the tradition of solidarity, strive to achieve the set goals with higher quality and efficiency than in 2024, and excellently complete the tasks entrusted by the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.

Also on the morning of February 3, chairing the conference to announce the Politburo's Decisions on the establishment and appointment of personnel of 4 Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, including the Party Committees of Party agencies at the Central level, the Party Committee of the Government, the Party Committee of the National Assembly and the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations, on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and working relationships of 3 Party agencies at the Central level, including the Central Party Office, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and the Central Strategic Policy Commission, the General Secretary emphasized that up to now, we have basically completed the streamlining of the apparatus of Party, Justice and mass organizations at the Central level, which is a solid premise for us to continue to successfully complete the streamlining of the apparatus of the political system in the coming time, ensuring the progress and effectiveness of the set program.

The General Secretary requested that the 7 units awarded the Decision today, based on their specific functions and tasks, urgently deploy work according to the new model, ensuring that there is no interruption, stagnation or omission of work; Continue to proactively coordinate closely with relevant ministries and branches to promptly handle any arising issues: "On the basis of streamlining the organizational structure of Party agencies, judicial agencies and central organizations, today, we propose that the National Assembly Party Committee and the Government Party Committee closely coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee to direct functional agencies to urgently advise the Government, the Prime Minister, and the National Assembly to perfect the institutions, and at the same time complete the work of streamlining the organizational structure of Government agencies and the National Assembly, including arranging and assigning internal personnel as a basis for localities to implement to ensure unity and synchronization in the political system.
