(Dan Tri) - Coach Le Duc Tuan received a red card in the match between SHB Da Nang and The Cong Viettel in round 13 of V-League. The Han River team appealed to VFF, asking for the red card to be removed.
Specifically, Coach Le Duc Tuan received a direct red card in the match between SHB Da Nang and The Cong Viettel at Tam Ky Stadium (Quang Nam) on the evening of February 14 (this match ended in a 1-1 draw).
SHB Da Nang FC believes that referee Viet Duan was heavy-handed when he gave a red card for coach Le Duc Tuan's reaction (Photo: SHB Da Nang FC).
The situation started from a collision between Khuat Van Khang (The Cong Viettel) and Emerson (SHB Da Nang), referee Nguyen Viet Duan signaled for the match to continue, and The Cong Viettel then took the ball to attack.
Believing that referee Nguyen Viet Duan made a mistake, SHB Da Nang coach Le Duc Tuan rushed to react strongly to the fourth referee Le Duc Thuan who was standing near the technical area of the two teams.
The recorded image also shows coach Le Duc Tuan pointing his finger straight at the referee's face, with a very angry expression.
Then, the fourth referee Le Duc Thuan signaled to the main referee Nguyen Viet Duan. Referee Nguyen Viet Duan gave a red card to coach Le Duc Tuan for his reaction to the referee's decision.

According to the viewpoint of SHB Da Nang Club when they filed an appeal to the VFF Complaints Resolution Board, asking to remove the red card for Coach Le Duc Tuan, that Coach Le Duc Tuan had not been warned or given a yellow card in the above match.
SHB Da Nang Club said that Coach Le Duc Tuan only reacted, but did not insult the referee. After the match, Coach Le Duc Tuan had a professional attitude when he came to shake hands and show respect to the "kings of the field".
Currently, with the direct red card he received in the match between SHB Da Nang and The Cong Viettel at Tam Ky Stadium on the evening of February 14, Coach Le Duc Tuan will be banned from sitting in the technical area of SHB Da Nang for the next two matches, including the match against Ho Chi Minh City Club in round 14 on February 23 and the away match at Hanoi FC in round 15 on March 2.
For this reason, SHB Da Nang wants VFF, VFF Complaints Resolution Board, VFF Referee Board to "erase" the red card for coach Le Duc Tuan and replace it with a yellow card.
