On the evening of December 19, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Children's Fund (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) organized the 18th "Spring for Children" program with the theme "Coloring your dreams".
Attending the event were comrades: Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission; Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice President, Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Vietnam Children's Fund. The program aims to honor and express special gratitude to organizations and individuals who have accompanied the Vietnam Children's Fund, contributing to the Party and State in caring for children in difficult circumstances, especially difficult in life, and at the same time continuing to call on sponsors to support children with disabilities, orphans, and children in special and difficult circumstances across the country.

On behalf of the State leaders and the Board of Trustees of the Vietnam Children's Fund, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan expressed her deep gratitude to the leaders, organizations, individuals, and benefactors for her esteemed sentiments, sincere thanks and deep gratitude.
The Vice President also welcomed the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for closely directing the activities of the Vietnam Children's Fund, promptly and effectively deploying resources to support children. At the same time, he congratulated the collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in social security activities and community activities that were honored and rewarded at the program.
The Vice President pointed out that, in addition to the results and progress achieved, there are still many issues that need to be focused on solving regarding the situation of children and children's work. Currently, 6.7% of children are in special circumstances and need regular support. At the same time, each year, more children are affected by traditional and non-traditional security challenges and emerging social issues.
Therefore, the Vice President hopes that departments, ministries, branches, Party committees at all levels, authorities, mass organizations, families, schools and society, and kind-hearted people will continue to pay attention and support the cause of caring for, educating and protecting children in general and the Vietnam Children's Fund in particular with specific and practical actions and deeds, so that all children can best and fully enjoy the achievements of 40 years of implementing the country's renovation; have enough conditions for comprehensive development, and become the core human resources to realize the aspiration of bringing our country to stand shoulder to shoulder with the world powers.

The 18th “Spring for Children” program, with the theme “Coloring Your Dreams”, aims at noble gestures for poor children and children in difficult circumstances with meaningful gifts on the occasion of Tet At Ty. The program has the participation of famous singers, artists, dance groups, and children performing special dance and singing performances with modern stage effects, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for the audience.
After 17 years of organization, the program has mobilized nearly 1,580 billion VND and supported about four million children in special and difficult circumstances through the following programs: Granting scholarships, providing clean water systems, supporting bicycles to school, supporting surgery for children with congenital heart defects, eye defects, and movement defects; building classrooms and boarding houses for children in difficult and mountainous areas; helping orphans, homeless children, and destitute children; providing timely relief for children in areas affected by natural disasters and epidemics...
At the program, the Vietnam Children's Fund received more than 107 billion VND for children in special and difficult circumstances in 2025.
