Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee dialogues with young people

In the spirit of frank and constructive exchange and discussion, at the conference, the provincial leaders, leaders of departments, branches and sectors of Ha Nam province listened to the thoughts and aspirations and shared the difficulties and problems of young people in the province, in order to propose specific solutions to overcome the difficulties and problems of young people in the fields of career and employment.

The opinions of union members and young people at the dialogue conference focused on three main groups of issues: Group of issues on careers, employment and support policies for young people; Group of issues on education and training; development of skills, physical fitness and cultural and spiritual life for young people; Group of issues on union, association and team work; and union participation in Party building.

These are all very legitimate and practical opinions of union members and young people.

Youth representatives raised issues for discussion at the Dialogue Conference with the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province.

The questions and recommendations of the youth were directly answered by the authorities, thereby partly resolving the wishes and concerns of the youth in the province; at the same time, affirming that the policies, viewpoints, orientations and strategies of Ha Nam province have been and are being effective, creating a favorable and open environment for young people to start and establish businesses in the province.

The dialogue conference opened a forum for union members, youth, state agencies and provincial authorities to regularly exchange, resolve difficulties, offer advice and contribute to the province's development.

Speaking at the dialogue, comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Nam province, proposed: Heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels; heads of departments, branches and sectors to increase direct dialogue activities with union members and young people to promptly receive recommendations and proposals, thereby having specific solutions to improve the quality of leadership and direction of Party committees; management and operation of the government; regularly pay attention to vocational training and job creation for young people, especially union members and young people in mountainous areas and areas with special difficulties in the province.

Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Nam province spoke at the conference.

Coordinate and create conditions for Youth Union organizations to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of youth union members to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies; effectively carry out social supervision and criticism work; participate in the implementation of socio-economic development programs of the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the provincial departments, branches and sectors to seriously absorb the issues discussed and answered at the dialogue conference, proactively propose timely and effective solutions to the legitimate opinions and recommendations of the youth; continue to pay attention to leading, directing and supporting the Youth Union movement and youth work, take more care of the youth, create conditions for the Youth Union to organize practical and effective movements; pay attention to training, practicing and promoting the role of the contingent of young cadres and party members at all levels, sectors, agencies and units.

Regarding the Youth Union organizations in the province, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province requested that the Youth Union organizations must truly innovate in the work of mobilizing, gathering, uniting, and orienting the young generation of the province, especially the method of organizing movements, in order to promote the potential and strengths of the youth, associated with the implementation of political tasks of agencies, units, and localities; at the same time, educate and foster revolutionary traditions for union members and young people, forming good qualities of the young generation; having patriotism, national pride and self-respect, having a strong political stance, will, and aspiration to rise up; eager to learn, seek progress, have knowledge, confidence, dynamism, creativity, solidarity, humanity, living with ideals, having ambitions, and a desire to contribute.
