Awarding the First Class Labor Medal to comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province.

Awarding the Second Class Labor Medal to comrades: Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Dang Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief of Office of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

Awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to comrades: Le Dinh Ly - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief Inspector of Nghe An province.
