Sharing at the event, Ngoc Anh 3A said that she wrote verse 1 of "Rôn rung xuân đến" 20 years ago and recently completed verse 2. If verse 1 is a thank you for the loves in life, including romantic love, then verse 2 shows the singer's gratitude to her roots and ancestors.
During her years in a foreign land, she always missed her homeland. The love and support of her family, clan, and village was the spiritual support that made her want to make a MV to show her gratitude to her homeland.
Talking about the reason for waiting 20 years to complete the second verse and make the MV, singer Ngoc Anh said that she discovered that her father's health - People's Artist Hoang Van Khiem - was starting to weaken and his memory was declining.
Worried that her father was getting weaker and could not participate in the MV, Ngoc Anh asked her younger brother, singer Anh Khang, to do something to make her family and relatives happy this Tet holiday. Therefore, she decided to release "Rôn rang xuan den" for everyone to enjoy every spring.
Ngoc Anh and her younger brother came up with the idea together and invited their family to join in. Singer Anh Khang performed the rap, People's Artist Hoang Van Khiem performed the couplets he wrote himself, and took on the role of a national hero as if following the footsteps of his descendants in the MV.
The bustling spring also features the participation of nearly 100 actors from the Vietnam Tuong Theater. The female singer revealed in the MV that she wanted to honor workers and teachers.
The setting of the MV "Bustling Spring Comes" is Trang An village, Ngoc Anh's paternal hometown. The female singer shared that when she proposed filming the MV, the whole village was very supportive. On the day of filming, the whole village was like a festival, many people told her that it was an unforgettable memory in their lives.

"I strongly support Ngoc Anh's choice. The influence of opera on Ngoc Anh is shown a lot in her singing voice. That is also Ngoc Anh's own personality.
During Ngoc Anh's artistic activities, I also had many opportunities to participate in her performances. This was a chance and also the first time I officially participated in making a music video with my daughter.
This song also has a traditional character, so I found it appropriate to contribute to the work. It is also a new feature, a blend of traditional and modern art to bring the audience an interesting feeling," People's Artist Hoang Khiem expressed .
To film "Bustling Spring Comes", Ngoc Anh 3A said, she and her younger brother had to fly from the US to Vietnam.
