Always closely following the circumstances and lives of members to find ways to help, "saying goes hand in hand with doing", Ms. Loan has mobilized members to participate in establishing a capital pooling group to support and help members in difficult circumstances in the form of interest-free rotation; coordinating with the Commune Women's Union to create conditions for members in need of borrowing capital to develop production through the Loan and Savings Group of the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office. At the same time, creating conditions for members and women to participate in training courses on livestock and crop farming techniques... Thanks to that, up to now, most families of members and women in the hamlet have a stable life, there are no more poor households.

Along with supporting the families of members in difficult circumstances to improve their lives, Ms. Loan also successfully implemented other movements launched by the Women's Union at higher levels, such as: "5 no, 3 clean" movement, "Educating 5 million mothers to raise good children" project, "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families" movement, "Women do good business" movement... always enthusiastically participated in, responded to and brought positive effects in life.

In addition to performing well the tasks of the Association, Ms. Loan also takes advantage of her time with her husband to increase production labor, develop the family economy by implementing the shrimp-rice rotation production model, raising frogs and raising obedient and filial children to their grandparents and parents. Currently, her family is considered a fairly wealthy household in the hamlet, her children are also successful in their jobs and have stable lives.
