CapitaLand Group has been operating in Vietnam since 1994, and has established a solid position in the market with a diverse portfolio, including: 01 retail area, 01 SOHO model project - a product line that harmoniously combines office and resting place, 02 complex projects and more than 16,000 quality apartments in 17 housing projects, including the high-end apartment project Lumi Hanoi.
Lumi Hanoi - Radiant lifestyle
Beyond the living space, Lumi Hanoi promises to create a community that blends sustainability, sophistication and serenity to redefine urban living. Lumi Hanoi was designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou from Studio Milou. He is also behind the designs of projects such as the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center in Quy Nhon City and the National Gallery of Singapore. Lumi Hanoi is the first residential project in Vietnam designed by him.
Inspired by “lumière”, meaning light in French, Lumi Hanoi cleverly conveys the core spirit of the project, likening the house to the key to life and maintaining life like light. The theme of “city of light” is decorated based on many different elements to highlight the design philosophy applied in the project. The apartment buildings are intentionally arranged to break the monotony of the project facade. Glass panels and architectural elements create interesting visual effects between light and shadow not only during the day, but also help guide residents home when night falls.
The unique landscape design of the Lumi Hanoi project is themed after astronomical elements such as the sun, aurora and stars; the undulating hills and lake ecosystems are different from the flat terrain commonly found in projects. In particular, the central park brings a peaceful space and acts as a guide to outdoor facilities. The unique skywalk with lush green landscape is designed to span the entire project campus, creating a harmonious connection between residents and nature as well as a series of internal facilities. At night, the skywalk lights up like a bright stream of light amidst the sparkling sea of stars. The Lumi Hanoi project integrates more than 80 facilities for residents of all ages, including: 15 sports fields and many swimming pools to encourage an active lifestyle.
Lumi Hanoi aims to achieve EDGE certification from IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, Lumi Hanoi. Among the sustainable features of the Lumi Hanoi project, include: 4.3 hectares of green landscape, rainwater collection system, ecological lake and habitat system as well as charging station area for electric vehicles and bicycles.
