The program "Coast Guard accompanies fishermen" in Nghe An includes many activities such as: Offering incense and flowers to the Temple of Martyr Nguyen Phong Sac, Secretary of the Central Region Party Committee, and martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement 1930-1931. Presenting 70 gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families with meritorious services, religious people, and fishermen in difficult circumstances.

Presented 30 gifts and 15 bicycles to students from poor families who overcame difficulties to study well in Nghi Loc district. Organized the presentation of 300 national flags to fishermen at the fishing port of Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district.
