TPO - Many construction items in Nghia Do Park and Cau Giay Park (Cau Giay District, Hanoi) are currently seriously degraded, affecting urban aesthetics and posing potential safety risks to residents.

Both gates of Cau Giay Park are broken and temporarily patched.

Iron doors, wooden doors, foam boxes, sacks, and broken trailers are scattered right next to the park entrance.

In the children's play area, the artificial grass has many places that are torn and peeling off in large patches, looking very shabby.

On some walking paths, flower beds, and paving bricks were broken and many pieces of stone were scattered everywhere.

Many parts of the park are seriously degraded.

Nghia Do Park is also in a state of disrepair, with many items damaged, causing loss of urban beauty.

The park's degradation poses a potential safety risk for people coming to play and walk.

It is known that at the end of 2023 session, the People's Council of Cau Giay district approved the policy, the People's Committee of the district assigned the Land Fund Development Center as the investor to implement the project of renovating and repairing Cau Giay and Nghia Do parks. According to the plan, the renovation and repair of both parks will be completed in the period of 2024 - 2025.
