Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan signed and issued Decision No. 1046/QD-UBND dated February 26, 2025 on leasing 10,642m2 of land to Thien Thanh Phat Trading and Service Company Limited (representative of the Joint Venture) to complete the procedures for planning and investing in the implementation of the parking lot construction project at 68 Duong Dinh Nghe, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district.
According to the Decision, Thien Thanh Phat Trading and Service Company Limited (representing the Joint Venture of Thien Thanh Phat Trading and Service Company Limited and Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company), Head office address: BT2, Lot 13, Me Tri Ha New Urban Area, Me Tri Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, leases 10,642m2 of land (site clearance completed).
Land use purpose: for public purposes (implementing the project of building a parking lot). Land use term: 2 years from the date of land handover on the map and in the field.
The location, boundary and area of the land are determined according to the land plot code K6-2/CX, Urban Zoning Plan H2-2, scale 1/2000 approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 6631/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2015. Land lease form: The State leases land and collects annual land rent.
Land lease method: Land lease without auction of land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land according to regulations in Point m, Clause 3, Article 124 of the 2024 Land Law. Land price for calculating land rent payable is according to the Land Price List approved by the City People's Committee and current legal regulations.
Thien Thanh Phat Trading and Service Company Limited is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the map and in the field; carry out procedures to transfer land plot cadastral information to the Hanoi Tax Department. Contact the City Tax Department to calculate land rent, pay land rent and other related financial obligations according to regulations. Contact the Department of Planning and Architecture for guidance on preparing the Master Plan and architectural plan of the parking lot construction project according to regulations.
In addition, contact the Department of Planning and Investment for guidance on the procedures for approving the investment policy and approving the Investor to implement the Project in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment. Use the leased land area within the boundary and in accordance with regulations.
