(CLO) The traditional festival of Ha Yen Quyet communal house (Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi) opened on the morning of March 12, attracting a large number of people in the capital and tourists to attend. The festival of Ha Yen Quyet communal house will take place for 3 days from the 11th to the 14th of the second lunar month.
