Cam Xuyen builds 1,440 "smart mass mobilization" models

After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", Cam Xuyen district (Ha Tinh) has built 1,440 "skillful mass mobilization" models.

On the afternoon of August 4, Cam Xuyen District Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation"; to review 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW on "strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, refuting wrong and hostile views in the new situation"; and to summarize the third political essay writing contest "Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, 2023".

Over the past 10 years, implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated June 3, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th Term) on "strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", Cam Xuyen district has promoted the strength of the great national unity bloc in participating in economic, cultural and social development, ensuring political stability, maintaining social order and safety.

To concretize Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, the Standing Committee of Cam Xuyen District Party Committee issued 15 documents, the Fatherland Front and district-level mass organizations issued 17 documents. Thereby, Cam Xuyen District has achieved comprehensive results in Party building in terms of politics, ideology, organization and cadres; grasped the situation and resolved the legitimate concerns and recommendations of the People.

In 10 years, Cam Xuyen district has mobilized a total social investment capital of over 5,045 billion VND; mobilized the construction of 510 solidarity houses with a total value of 11.3 billion VND...

The whole district has built 1,440 "smart mass mobilization" models in various fields, contributing significantly to the implementation of the district's political tasks and resolutions set forth by party congresses at all levels.

Implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on "strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, refuting erroneous and hostile views in the new situation", over the past 5 years, Steering Committee 35 at all levels in Cam Xuyen has organized training sessions and fostered a team of reporters and propagandists to improve professional skills. Steering Committee 35 of Cam Xuyen district has also proactively and actively grasped the ideological developments of cadres, party members and people; promoted the responsibility in the coordination of agencies and units to promptly detect and take measures to handle violations.

At the conference, delegates focused on analyzing difficulties and drawing lessons in implementing the task of strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work; protecting the Party's ideological foundation, and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation.

Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Cam Xuyen District Party Committee Ha Thi Viet Anh requested Party committees and authorities at all levels to continue institutionalizing guiding documents that are close to local realities to effectively implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW in the coming time. Party committees at all levels continue to effectively lead and direct mass mobilization work as well as protect the Party's ideological foundation; cadres and civil servants strengthen their studies and raise awareness of professional qualifications, skills, and ethics to meet the requirements of the new situation; build a civilized and safe environment on cyberspace; implement the 5 no's "no immediate news, no rush to post, no additions, no rush to share, no incitement, no incitement"; promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; launch patriotic emulation movements to contribute to the good implementation of the political tasks of localities and units.
