- Regarding Land: The project is included in the Land Acquisition List in 2024, approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 62/NQ-HDND dated December 14, 2023 and the Land Use Planning of Ninh Hai district in Decision No. 371/QD-UBND dated June 28, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
