• Current land status: Salt land and aquaculture land.

- Regarding Construction Planning: The project is in accordance with Decision No. 114/QD-UBND dated March 16, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the Project to adjust the Zoning Plan of Binh Son - Ninh Chu Beach Tourist Area in Phan Rang - Thap Cham city and Ninh Hai district.

- Regarding Land: The project is included in the Land Acquisition List in 2024, approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 62/NQ-HDND dated December 14, 2023 and the Land Use Planning of Ninh Hai district in Decision No. 371/QD-UBND dated June 28, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.

- Regarding Housing: The project is consistent with the Program, housing development plan and implementation plan of new urban area and residential area projects in 2022, 2023 and the following years.

Project 10: KHANH HAI NEW URBAN AREA

• Investment objective: Forming a new urban area to contribute to improving the urban environment, covering the urban development planning land fund in Khanh Hai town; developing trade, services and housing in harmony with neighboring urban areas and coastal tourist areas.

• Land origin: Land currently in use by households and individuals.

• Current land status: Salt field land, canal land, agricultural land.

• Estimated investment capital: 3,178 billion VND.

• Conformity with Planning, land use plan, construction planning, industry planning...: The project has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee with Decision No. 149/QD-UBND dated February 26, 2022 to organize project investment calling.

Project 11: NEW URBAN AREA OF DA CHONG MOUNTAIN

• Conformity with Planning, Land Use Plan, Construction Plan, Industry Plan,...: The project location is planned for urban residential land (According to Decision No. 3521/QD-UBND dated August 27, 2007 approving the General Construction Planning Project of Khanh Hai town of the Provincial People's Committee. Updated into the land use planning until 2030 and the land use plan for 2022).

Project 12: KHANH HOI NEW RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA

Project 13: AN HAI NEW RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA

Project 14: NORTH ONG RIVER URBAN AREA

• Estimated investment capital: 1.65 billion VND.

• Conformity with Planning, land use plan, construction planning, industry planning...: The project has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee with Decision No. 45/QD-UBND dated January 14, 2022 to organize project investment calling.
