Project 01: PHUOC TRUNG HIGH-TECH AGRICULTURAL AREA PRODUCTION PROJECT (THANH SON - PHUOC NHON)

• Area: 28.9 hectares.

• Land origin: People's land.

• Current land status: Agricultural land.

• Estimated investment capital: 200 billion VND.

• Conformity with Planning, Land Use Plan, Construction Plan, Sectoral Plan...: Conformity with the agricultural sector planning in Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 28, 2019. Updated into the Land Use Plan for the period 2021 - 2030.

Project 02: HIGH-TECH MARINE FARMING PROJECT

(920 HA, OF WHICH AREA C3: 420 HA; C4: 500 HA)

• Project name: High-tech aquaculture project (920 ha, of which Area C3: 420 ha; C4: 500 ha).

• Investment location: Nhon Hai Commune, Ninh Hai District.

• Investment objectives: Complete infrastructure (roads and wastewater treatment systems), increase productivity and quality of aquatic breeds, supply industrial aquaculture areas to create raw materials for processing and export.

• Area: 920 hectares.

• Land origin: State-managed sea surface.

• Current land status: Sea surface planning area.

• Estimated investment capital: Capital scale according to registered project.

• Conformity with Planning, Land Use Plan, Construction Plan, Industry Plan...: Currently integrated into the Provincial Planning to 2030 and vision to 2050.

Project 03: INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR AN HAI HIGH-TECH AQUACULTURE BREEDING PRODUCTION AREA

• Project name: Infrastructure investment project for high-tech aquatic seed production area in An Hai.

• Investment location: An Hai Commune, Ninh Phuoc District.

• Investment objective: Completing the infrastructure of high-tech aquatic seed production areas; improving the quality of aquatic seeds to meet the needs of commercial farming nationwide, contributing to making Ninh Thuan the center of high-quality aquatic seeds in the country. • Area: 168 ha.

• Land origin: People's land.

• Current land status: Land for shrimp farming, vacant land.

• Estimated investment capital: 300 billion VND.

• Conformity with Planning, land use plan, construction planning, industry planning...: The planning is the road and land for the aquatic breeding center under the Master Plan for the Southern coastal tourism area of Ninh Thuan province until 2035 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 188/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2020. Regarding land use planning, the District People's Committee has included it in the land use planning for the period 2021-2030.

Project 04: RESEARCH CENTER PROJECT, APPLICATION OF TRAINING, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER OF AQUACULTURE BREEDING

• Investment objective: Investment in a research center for application, training and technology transfer of aquatic breeds.

• Area: 15 hectares.

• Current land status: State-managed land.

• Estimated investment capital: 830 billion VND.

• Conformity with Planning, land use plan, construction planning, industry planning,...: According to Decision 607/QD-UBND dated November 1, 2023 on approving the construction zoning plan (scale 1/2000) of An Hai high-tech aquaculture seed production area and Son Hai high-tech shrimp broodstock production area for the period 2021-2023.

Project 05: PROJECT OF HIGH-YIELD BEEF AND DAIRY COW FARM AND CONSTRUCTION OF RAW MATERIAL AREA FOR COW FEED

• Project name: High-yield beef and dairy cattle farm project and construction of raw material areas for cattle feed.

• Investment location: Thuan Nam District.

• Investment objective: Forming a livestock farming area and building a high-tech raw material area.

• Area: 300 hectares.

• Land origin: Land currently in use by households and individuals.

• Current land status: Mostly vacant land, some locations are planted with annual and perennial crops.

• Estimated investment capital: Capital scale according to registered project.

• Conformity with Planning, Land Use Plan, Construction Plan, Industry Plan...:

- In accordance with the Land Use Planning until 2030 of Thuan Nam district approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 399/QD-UBND dated July 5, 2022.

- In line with the development orientation of agriculture in the district.
