High mountainous areas (including districts: Bat Xat, Muong Khuong, Si Ma Cai): cloudy, with rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms, level 2 south wind, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 15 to 21 ^degrees Celsius, average humidity above 85%.
