Mobilizing hundreds of officers, soldiers, and vehicles to help people respond to and overcome the consequences of natural disasters and fight forest fires. The agencies and units of the Division have done a good job of preparing for training; organizing training for the subjects according to plan. In particular, organizing the reception, management, training, and final inspection of the "3 explosions" for new soldiers achieved high results and absolute safety. Drills at all levels achieved the goals and requirements. Fostering national defense and security knowledge for the subjects according to regulations.

Next, the Minister of National Defense visited and offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Truong Bon National Historical Site (in My Son Commune, Do Luong District). During the resistance war against the US imperialists, National Highway 15A - where Truong Bon is located - became the fire coordinate in the escalating bombings of the US imperialists in the North of our country to cut off the traffic artery for transporting human resources and materials to support the battlefield in the South. Here, 1,240 officers and soldiers fought bravely and sacrificed heroically; including the heroic sacrifice of 13 youth volunteers of the "Steel Squad" of the 317th Youth Volunteer Company, Team 65, the General Youth Volunteer Team against the US to save the country, Nghe An province. Offering fresh flowers and incense sticks to the souls of the heroic martyrs, Minister Phan Van Giang and the delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed at the "fire coordinates" of Truong Bon.
