On February 4 in Hanoi, the Central Party Committee of the Public Security held a conference to disseminate the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference in January 2025; the security and order situation and orientations for ideological and propaganda work.
At the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, briefed on the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference in January 2025.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work, thoroughly grasped the Central Public Security Party Committee's guidelines on ideological work and propaganda in implementing the policy of continuing to streamline the apparatus and operate effectively and efficiently.
Also at the conference, Colonel Mai Xuan Thao, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security, briefed on the situation and results of ensuring security and order during the Lunar New Year 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee requested: It is necessary to determine that continuing to reorganize the Ministry of Public Security and local public security apparatus to be streamlined is a particularly important political task assigned by the Party and State to the Ministry of Public Security; it is an organizational revolution so that the apparatus of the people's public security force is truly streamlined, operates effectively and efficiently, and meets the requirements and tasks in the new era of development of the country.
Accordingly, Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially Party cells in the People's Public Security, need to organize the dissemination and dissemination of policies, viewpoints, tasks and solutions on continuing to reorganize the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security apparatus. Strictly implement the slogan of action: "Be exemplary, accelerate the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws, build a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern People's Public Security force".
