Personnel of 4 Party Committees directly under the Central Committee were awarded Decision on February 3, 2025

On February 3, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Standing Secretariat held a Conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on the establishment and appointment of personnel for four Party Committees directly under the Central Committee (Party Committees of Party agencies at the Central level, Government Party Committee, National Assembly Party Committee, and Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations).

The Politburo appointed comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister, to hold the position of Secretary of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly, to hold the position of Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.

The conference also announced the Politburo's Decision on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and working relationships of the three Party agencies at the Central level (the Party Central Committee Office, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and the Central Policy and Strategy Commission). The Politburo decided that comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central External Relations Commission, would cease to hold the position of Head of the Central External Relations Commission and would be transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; and decided to assign comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, to hold the position of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Economic Commission, to hold the position of Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Tran Thanh Man was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Do Van Chien was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2020-2025 term.
