(Dan Tri) - Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh (44 years old), Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union, was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee.
On the afternoon of November 22, the Standing Committee of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of the Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee.
Attending the conference were Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission; Mr. Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission.

At the conference, Mr. Do Trong Hung announced the Politburo's decision on Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, to cease holding the position of Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh was mobilized and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, hold the position of Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 7 for the 2020-2025 term.
Ms. Hanh was appointed as Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee to replace Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong (51 years old, from Nghe An), who was recently appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Head of the Central External Relations Commission on November 20.

Before holding the position of Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Hanh was Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Youth Union, Member of the Social Affairs Committee of the 14th National Assembly, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Phuoc province, Secretary of Dong Xoai City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.
At the 13th National Congress of the Party in January 2021, she was elected as an alternate member of the Party Central Committee.
In March 2022, at the 13th National Women's Congress, term 2022-2027, Ms. Hanh was elected Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union.
